How do you make a Full Financial Management Referral to PPL?
The Referral *must* be made by the Social Worker on behalf of the Individual.
Step 1 – The Social worker needs a Virtual Wallet account to access the Referral Form. If you don’t have a VW login, email projectteam@myvirtualwallet.co.uk and the PPL team will create an account for you.
Step 2 – Complete the Online Referral Form – A guide to the information you will need to complete the Referral is available here – link to simple OE referral guide on Support Hub
Step 3 – Advise the CEC Funding Independence Team (FIT) that PPL will be the provider for this Individual – this ensures funding for this Individual will be transferred to PPL.
PPL will then work with the Individual to set-up their support arrangements in Virtual Wallet.
How do you make a Payroll Only Referral to PPL?
