Personal Assistant Hub
Personal assistants (PAs) help other people live their lives and stay independent in the homes they love. The role might involve anything from supporting someone with personal care to helping them get to an appointment or join a community activity. The one thing every PA has in common is that they genuinely care about helping people.
Become a personal assistant
We work with thousands of people across England and Wales who want to maintain their independence — and we’re always looking for people to support them.
Previous experience isn’t essential. A range of working hours is available to suit you. What matters most are the right values and the right behaviours — a willingness to listen, to be reliable, and to put the person you support first. PPL works with your employer to make sure you get any training you need in the role.
