PHB Review

NHS North Central London ICB - PHB Review Support

PPL are working with NHS North Central London Integrated Care Board (NHS NCL ICB) to support the process of reviewing a number of Personal Health Budget (PHB) accounts. 

The reviewing of PHB accounts is an important step in helping to ensure that the level of funding continues to meet the assessed need for each individual and that the funding is being used in line with the care and support plan agreed with NHS HIOW ICB. 

The PPL team have been asked by NHS NCL ICB to make contact with are in receipt of a PHB to understand how the funding is being used and ensure an appropriate level of support is being offered to each individual and their support network. 

To support this review process, all individuals with a Virtual Wallet account have been contacted by the PPL team and are being asked to complete the short form below. 

Once the form is completed, the PPL team will review the responses and contact each individual directly to confirm next steps in the review process within 10 working days.
