Virtual Wallet in Croydon
We have been working with Croydon Council and its partners to configure our Virtual Wallet solution for people in receipt of a direct payment in Croydon, enabling them to self-direct their care and support. The solution includes a website to promote uptake, along with a user-friendly tutorial that explains how it all works.
Hammersmith & Fulham: Living Independently
Earlier this year we worked with the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham to design and develop their very own Adult Social Care site - "Living Independently" - in 10 weeks.

As champions of using digital solutions to deliver all the different facets of self-directed care and support, we are often asked about how older people can access such solutions. Age UK has issued a briefing paper looks at the impact the pandemic has had on internet use among people aged 52+ in England. We pick out some of the pertinent findings and what local authorities and NHS organisations can takeaway from the briefing.
